NoRun - control "Your" System

This Program might just be the solution to your problems, or at least most of them! The basic setup allows you to simply set a passkey then the program will take care of the rest! It makes a log of all the programs installed to your PC and then asks for your passkey if any new programs are ran, now "you" are in control and no longer at the mercy of others who use your PC.
You don't have to just stop unwanted installs. NoRun also features the ability to block programs already installed, by time of day, by separate unlock keys, and by user name.
NoRun keeps a log of all activity's on your PC, such as what programs were ran at what time, how many times someone got a passkey wrong, and other things.
One of the cooler features of NoRun is tamper protection, executables that are renamed in a effort to bypass protecting are changed back to there original name and even put back in there original location! That is because NoRun checks executables by taking samples of the file that distinguish it from the others on your system, other things it checks for are file size, date created, and process dependencies.
Like your system settings how they are? Well the kid that's using your PC doesn't, now you can stop people from changing your settings when your not around, NoRun lets you password protect control panel and everything in it. It also locks down the registry keys associated with the setting and only allows changes when your passkey is entered. Now its truly "your" PC
You won't even notice its there, it runs invisibly and uses nearly 0 system resources! Its also very easy to configure install and change settings later! NoRun will take back your computer without having to prevent others from using it.
